Hello again. I want to ask about the following:

I have the following question:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Question: How long (days or months) was it since you had eaten meat?

Answer:

[_______________](basic field)      () Days    () Months

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

* Basic field is what it says. A simple, basic field to add a numeral.

* () Days and () Months are radio buttons

What I want is for the voter to type a number AND select one of the two radio buttons mandatorily. If he chooses to answer just one of the two types of input, then he should get the: "Your answer is incomplete blahblah".

Does SP support such a feature? If yes, any hints on how should I go about implementing it?

Hello

You can try the following:

- Create Single Question
- Selection Mode: Radio Button
- Min. selection required: 1
- Max. select. allowed: 2

Add answers:
1.
- basic field: mandatory = yes
- regex validation: unsigned integer
2. and 3.
Selection text (days - months)

This will force the user to enter a number and select at least one option (days/ months)

Kind regards
